Through opening our awareness to the relationship between sensing and perceiving we can discover new movement possibilities and investigate the creative potential of dancing and being together. Guided movement and bodywork explorations will facilitate a supportive environment for each participant to delve into embodied practice and play.

About the Tutors
Dance artists and bodywork practitioners Gaelin Little and Cat Westwood have been working together and teaching for over a decade. They are both artistic co-directors of dance quartet Eleven Farrer House. Their collective work draws from their own practice in studio together as well as various somatic disciplines including: Body Mind Centering®, Authentic Movement, Somatic Movement Therapy, Contact Improvisation, Shiatsu, Butoh Dance and Meridian Yoga
