Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, movements, breathing techniques and focused intention. In this workshop we’ll be covering basic principles of released, aligned posture and learning a few different forms for you to practice. These will include the simple Hua Gong self-healing form and the 9 Forms of Pre-heaven Qigong – particularly valuable for those in the healing arts. If the weather is kind we’ll hope to spend some time practising in the garden!
