A key stage in our Qigong progress is discernible via a ‘felt connection’ between the Yin field of our hands and specific layers of our internal tissues. How do we develop this? Why bother? What is it for? How do we know when we have it and what can we do then?

An important aspect of the Lotus Neigong syllabus is presented with both practice and theory

Suitable for intermediate Qigong practitioners and beyond, however if you have a skill in Mindfulness you are welcome to join

The day will involve standing, sitting and lying down, with regular breaks. Short lectures and handouts will be provided. Although Cindy has a serious approach to the depth of this work, she always makes humour an important part of the day
