Sara graduated from the Shiatsu College and became an MRSS in 1989. She has had a thriving practice ever since, first in London at Neal's Yard Therapy Rooms and in Watford.

Sara became an assistant with the College in '93 and a partner of the London Branch with Carola Beresford-Cooke and Nicholas Pole soon after. Sara created the supervised student clinic in the same year. She has been a Shiatsu Society Registered Teacher since 1994  and a member of the Shiatsu Society Assessment Pool & Panel since '96.

Sara move to Exmoor in'97 and now has a busy practice in Minehead and Winsford. She still teaches for the London, Brighton and Bristol branches of the Shiatsu College and, more recently, with Oliver Cowmeadow at the Devon School of Shiatsu.
